A. J Green not only gives guitar lessons and works as a session guitarist, but also plays in Kick Up The 80’s the longest 80’s running tribute band in the UK. 2024 will be their 25th Anniversary. A.J joined the band in 2010 having played in Classic Rock tribute band Tranzam prior to this.
Record Deal
In 2023 Anthony signed a 3 song recording contract with Musicgateway and 3 songs were released 27th September 2023 These are ambient instrumental tracks that will resurface again soon with vocals. You can listen to these tracks by clicking here. 2023 also seen A J Green UK release 3 other singles Before The End, Music Set Her Free and Losing You. These all had world wide radio play and rave reviews. The next single is out 12th January 2024 entitled ‘Get Out Of My Life’ There is much more to come in 2024.
